Spent the last few days dev'ing ways to detail low-res hard surface space ships using greebles and shaders. These renders were super quick to setup. I also used Terragen for the first time on some of the images. The basemesh was modeled in maya based loosely on the concept by Harjar Hussain. Its super low res and just made up of cube shapes. The rest of the setup was done in Houdini using shaders / greeble textures and instanced lights.
